Closed-door innovation means falling behind and being eliminated, while open and cooperative innovation is essential for utilizing both domestic and international resources. To build a modern industrial system, we need to strengthen our innovation system and develop our independent innovation capabilities. From an internal perspective, innovation needs to constantly receive feedback from the market, and we need to navigate this feedback as we cross the river. From an external perspective, innovation requires deep participation in global industrial cooperation and the allocation of resources on a global scale. Relying solely on domestic resources for innovation, without participating in global resource allocation, risks being marginalized. Competition is the source of vitality for industries. Only by fully participating in international competition, actively expanding the global "friend circle," and continuously promoting open cooperation, can we build a dynamic modern industrial system. To create an open industrial system, we need to encourage "bringing in" and "going out" operations.
