The average daily earnings for Capesize vessels declined by $710 to $12,676. The Panamax Index, which measures the prices for medium-sized ships, decreased by 32 points or 3%, marking the largest percentage decline since May 31, to 1052 points. The average daily earnings for Panamax vessels dropped by $286 to $9,470. The Supramax Index, which tracks the prices for smaller vessels, rose by 3 points to 746 points. The Handysize Index remained unchanged at 406 points.
