Additionally, the board has also agreed to hold a controlling stake in three new energy projects: the integrated demonstration project of wind and fire energy storage in Shizhu, Chongqing, the 44MW fishery-photovoltaic complementary project in Xishan, Zhao'an, Fujian Province, and the 100MW fishery-photovoltaic complementary project in Xishan, Zhao'an, Fujian Province. The total investment for these projects is approximately 2.602 billion yuan.
The capital investment for these projects accounts for 30% of the total project investment. The total investment for all the above-mentioned projects amounts to approximately 4.347 billion yuan.
